Hello, and thank you for visiting TDCS.
My name is Sandra, and I am a qualified Disability Support Worker with extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of needs.
The aim of TDCS is to provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
I offer respectful, reliable, and compassionate support tailored to each person’s goals, needs, and preferences.

Personal Care
- TDCS provides respectful personal care support tailored to individual needs, helping people maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily routines.
Community Access
- Community access is about more than getting from one place to another - it is about staying involved, building confidence, and enjoying meaningful experiences.TDCS offers support for outings, appointments, shopping, social activities, events and community participation, tailored to each person’s needs and preferences. The aim is to help people feel supported, included, and empowered to take part in the community with confidence.
- TDCS provides reliable transport to help people get to appointments, community activities, shopping, and other important destinations safely and comfortably. The focus is on punctuality, dignity, and ensuring each person feels supported throughout their journey.

Exceptional Care
What you need to know
TDCS supports both self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Services are charged in line with current NDIS pricing arrangements, and service agreements and invoicing is provided as required.
At the start of service, TDCS completes a Participant Intake Form to gather the important information needed to provide safe and appropriate support.
This is followed by a Service Agreement outlining costs, expectations, and compliance information, which must be signed before services begin.
Where appropriate, TDCS can provide relevant documents to you or your Support Coordinator, including insurance details, NDIS Orientation information, Police check, Working With Children Check if applicable, NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid and CPR, and Disability Support qualifications.

Where does TDCS work?
TDCS is based in the Shellharbour area and travels to most locations within approximately one hour north or south, depending on the support required.Travel is charged at a reasonable per kilometre rate in line with NDIS recommendations. This is outlined in the Service Agreement.
Can support times be changed?
Yes, changes can usually be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Yes, TDCS supports NDIS participants.
Does TDCS provide transport?
Yes, TDCS provides transport support in my comprehensively insured vehicle.

How to go about it
Important Information
At our first meeting, if you choose to proceed, TDCS will complete a Participant Intake Form together with you to capture the information important to both of us. Following this, a Service Agreement will be prepared outlining all costs, expectations, and compliance information. This must be signed by both parties before any work commences. A copy of my Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance documents can be provided to you or your Support Coordinator. Relevant documentation such as NDIS , National Police Check, Working With Children Check (if applicable), Driver Licence, First Aid and CPR, and Disability Support qualifications can also be provided as required. Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Code of Conduct documents are available.
